I’m a physician, an artist, a mother of two, a grandmother of one (so far), and part of a lineage of strong, loving women who have always believed in the power of nature. From a young age, I’ve had a deep connection with herbs and the natural world, convinced that our bodies have an innate wisdom, and an amazing capacity to heal when given the proper help.
My own health journey has profoundly shaped my path in life. After years of struggling with unexplained symptoms and finding no answers through Western medicine, I was drawn to Naturopathic medical school in search of a deeper understanding of the human body. During school, however, my symptoms worsened to the point where functioning on a basic level became incredibly difficult. Despite the guidance of my professional peers and mentors, the underlying cause remained elusive. It wasn't until my residency, focusing on tick-borne illness, that I finally discovered the true source of my suffering—I had been battling tick-borne illness all along. This in addition to multiple mold exposures caused me to develop hypersensitivity to chemicals, fragrances, foods, and the environment. It is said, that which is uncomfortable allows for the greatest growth. I believe this wholeheartedly for had it not been for these experiences, I would not be doing what I do today. My own challenges have given me unique insight with a deeper understanding of the body's capacity to heal and how to navigate the challenges of complex chronic illness on a personal level.
In 2017, I graduated from naturopathic medical school and completed a residency focused on treating Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses. Since then, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping others navigate chronic illnesses, blending natural remedies—herbs, homeopathy, essential oils, and nutrition—with the careful use of antibiotics and more intensive treatments when needed.
My goal as a physician is to help you rediscover your health, regain function, and ultimately live in optimal health. I’m here to guide you through the process of healing, offering not just treatments, but hope and empowerment along the way.
